The first event in the GIOVEdìBRUNELLO series, held last night at the municipal multi-purpose hall in Brunello, saw a large and qualified attendance, also in the presence of Mayor Andrea Dall'Osto.
As this was the first proposal of this kind, expectations were initially modest; however, the public’s response and the quality of the talk proved to be a decidedly encouraging sign, inviting us to continue with conviction along this cultural path.
The star of the evening was M° Davide Cervi, who guided the audience on a fascinating journey into Mozart’s genius, exploring his artistic path and dwelling on famous works such as "The Marriage of Figaro" and "Don Giovanni". The title of the meeting, the first in a cycle of seven events (four of which dedicated to Mozart), was “Mozart and Opera in the 1700s”.

The presentation proved engaging, precise in its content and extremely appreciated also for the speaker’s willingness to answer the audience’s many questions, who followed with attention and keen interest throughout the evening.
The GIOVEdìBRUNELLO series is part of the broader commitment of the ARTandCHARITY O.D.V. association, which promotes cultural and artistic initiatives with a very specific aim: to support social projects in the local area. In particular, the proceeds from the activities contribute to the “After Us” project, dedicated to young people with disabilities (18–35 years old), guided along a path of personal growth and the development of autonomy.
The series will continue with the next events:
- 16 April 2026 – The signatures of medieval artists – speaker Prof. Lorenzo Dominioni
- 23 April 2026 – Mozart: the characters and the feelings – speaker M° Davide Cervi
- 7 May 2026 – Stories of the Frecce Tricolori – speaker Com.te Maurizio Guzzetti

- 28 May 2026 – Mozart and Salieri: myth and reality – speaker M° Davide Cervi

A calendar rich and varied, designed to offer the public opportunities for high-quality cultural insight and, at the same time, to make a concrete contribution to initiatives of great social value.
