A “Ferrari Red” day of thrills, engines, and top-tier flavors

Some days start well… and end even better.
The one experienced by our large group of friends visiting Ferrari was without doubt one of those experiences destined to remain in the heart.

The departure, right on time at 6:15 from Gazzada, already had the flavor of a big occasion. Between chats, enthusiasm and expectations, the journey flew by until our arrival in Maranello at 9:30. Time for a good coffee… and here we were, ready to immerse ourselves in the myth.

After visiting the Ferrari shop and the surroundings of the Museum, we collected and handed out the entrance tickets, and finally our guided tour began with the highly knowledgeable Bruno, official Ferrari guide, who with passion and expertise accompanied us throughout the whole route.

It was not a simple visit, but a true journey through the history of the world’s best-known brand: from its origins to its victories, from technological evolution to the icons that made generations dream.

 

The tour continued with access to the Factory facilities and the legendary Fiorano Circuit, where every detail tells of innovation, precision, and the pursuit of perfection. An experience able to move even those who thought they “were not enthusiasts”… and who instead found themselves completely won over.

From speed to taste: the magic of Balsamic Vinegar

After a quick and tasty lunch break, the day had a wonderful surprise in store: the transfer to Acetaia Boni, just a few kilometers from the Ferrari Factory.

Nestled in the first Modenese hills, the vinegar house preserves a centuries-old tradition. Arturo’s grandfather, at the beginning of the twentieth century, was already carefully devoted to the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, giving life to a story made of patience, passion, and quality.

Welcoming us was Romano Boni, who after a warm welcome entrusted us to Patrizia, an attentive and engaging guide. Through her account we discovered a world made of intense aromas and surprising flavors, truly understanding what “tradition” means.

The tasting was a revealing moment: what we are used to buying in large-scale retail… is not even remotely comparable to what we tasted. Vinegars aged 15, 30, 40, 50 and up to 150 years, true jewels of taste able to tell the passage of time.

To conclude the visit, a very welcome refreshment generously offered by the Boni family, which made the experience even more pleasant and convivial.

An experience to remember… and new goals on the horizon

It was truly an extraordinary day, one of those that stay etched in memory. The participants expressed enthusiasm and gratitude, offering countless compliments for the organization and for the surprise visit to the Acetaia, not initially planned and which turned out to be an astonishing discovery that forcefully became one of the most appreciated moments of the day.  

And as always… we don’t stop here.

We are already looking ahead to the next trip, scheduled for June 6, which will take us to discover equally fascinating places, namely the evocative Sacra di San Michele, the elegant Castello di Rivoli and the refined Villa Cerruti with its prestigious art collection.

Registrations are already open… and enthusiasm is not lacking!
