Artandcharity continues to support young people with disabilities in their journey towards growth and independence. Thanks to the support of many members and the program "Azienda Amica", the association contributes to offering concrete opportunities to these young people, helping them to experience an autonomous life and to enter the workforce in a small town like Gazzada Schianno.
An emotional video by Fatto Quotidiano tells the stories of these young people, showing how adequate support can make a difference in their lives. One of the most touching moments is the testimony of a girl who proudly states: "The best thing? Doing everything on my own". These words encapsulate the profound meaning of the project: guiding young people towards autonomy, providing them with concrete tools to build an independent future.
The path to independence is not always simple, but with the right support it becomes possible. Artandcharity firmly believes in the importance of initiatives that offer training, work experiences, and opportunities for personal growth. Thanks to collaboration with local organizations and companies sensitive to the theme of inclusion, these young people can test themselves in stimulating and welcoming work environments.
An example of excellence in this field is Magari Domani Onlus, masterfully directed by Andrea Avila, who relies on a very trusted group of young people in managing activities. Thanks to their commitment, the young people have the opportunity to develop skills, strengthen their autonomy, and actively integrate into society.
The initiative is part of the broader "Dopo di Noi" project, which Artandcharity supports with conviction, promoting training activities for autonomy for young people aged 16 to 35. The goal is to accompany them in achieving a life as independent as possible, enhancing their skills and potential.
Our commitment will continue in this year 2025, continuing to support these important initiatives and to create new opportunities for young people with disabilities.
