We are happy to announce the launch of Brunello Digitale, a new service designed to accompany the citizens of Brunello and neighboring municipalities into the digital world, offering concrete, accessible, and close-to-home support.
The project was created with the Patronage of the Municipality of Brunello, confirming the social and cultural importance of the initiative and the virtuous collaboration between institutions and associations.
We live in an era in which digital technology is an integral part of daily life: communications, public services, healthcare, school, work. However, it is not always easy to navigate email, SPID, PEC, cloud, smartphones, and computers. Brunello Digitale was created precisely for this reason: to offer a reliable point of reference for those who need clarification, practical help, or simply want to feel more confident in using technology.
Who it is for
The service is aimed at citizens of Brunello and neighboring municipalities and offers personalized consultations on topics such as cybersecurity and protection from online scams, proper use of email and certified email (PEC), management of SPID and access to public administration services, configuration of PCs and smartphones, data and cloud management, safe web browsing, and resolution of the main basic IT problems.
The service is reserved for members of ARTandCHARITY O.D.V. residing in Brunello and neighboring municipalities.
It is also possible to become a member at the time of booking the service, directly on site or from the “Registrations” section of our website (click here).
How it works
Consultation is provided exclusively in person, at the association's headquarters, on opening days and times, by appointment only.
No online or telephone consultations are available.
Costs / Donations - Brunello Citizens
- First half hour free
- Donation of € 5 for each quarter hour after the first half hour
Costs / Donations - Citizens of neighboring municipalities
(Azzate, Buguggiate, Castronno, Gazzada Schianno, Morazzone, Sumirago, Galliate Lombardo, Daverio)
- Donation of € 10 for the first half hour
- Donation of € 5 for each quarter hour after the first half hour
The contributions collected are used to support the social and cultural activities of the association, concretely contributing to the realization of new projects for the benefit of the area.
Brunello Digitale is made possible thanks to the “Azienda Amica” Program, that is, to the concrete contribution of the companies that have chosen to support the activities of our Association. Their support makes it possible to transform values such as solidarity, social responsibility, and attention to art, culture, and the territory into real services, free or at affordable costs, for the benefit of the entire community.
It is thanks to this virtuous network between citizens, association, and businesses that projects like Brunello Digitale can be born and grow.
Brunello Digitale is based on a simple but fundamental idea: digital inclusion is a form of active citizenship. No one should feel excluded or in difficulty when faced with an online service. For this reason, the project focuses on a human, patient, and clear approach, able to put people at ease and enhance their skills.
With this initiative, we strengthen our commitment to promoting culture, awareness, and participation, bringing innovation to serve people.
